What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
In patients with incisal edge wear or fracture, the anticipated post-treatment position of the anterior teeth along the smile arc should first be established to ensure sufficient coronal tooth structure for preparation.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Utilizing the digital visualization with the Invisalign system to guide the position of the anterior teeth for an optimal smile arc.

The upper incisors were intentionally over-extruded to facilitate incisal edge reduction; the lower anterior teeth were intruded to correct the deep bite; and the upper arch was expanded by 3 mm at the premolars and molars to increase tooth display on smiling.
