Invisalign Comprehensive

Patient Chief Concern
Crowding, deepbite.

What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
In cases of severe crowding, creating adequate space first and then aligning the teeth can yield excellent results.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Creating sufficient space while achieving effective canine control was the most critical factor for the success of this treatment. I also believe that the appropriate use of elastics played an important role.

Summary

The patient was able to complete the treatment smoothly without discomfort, thanks to an appropriate Invisalign treatment plan. This patient presented significant challenges in controlling the tip and torque of the canines, requiring a substantial amount of expansion, making the role of G8 crucial. While the treatment may seem simple, it is a case where beginners might easily face difficulties and fail. Expansion involved highly complex techniques, and the same applies to canine control. Through precise modifications in the ClinCheck software, an excellent treatment outcome was achieved. All crowding was resolved, along with the deep bite and midline correction. The treatment was completed without the use of TADs.
