What learning would you share with other Invisalign providers?
In growing patients, the Invisalign system can effectively solve the cases of mild to moderate deep overbite. In severe high Angle deep closed overbite, the function of MA strategies can be tried for deep bite in the correction of hyperdivergent facial pattern: Because of the clear aligner parcel, the extrusion of the posterior segments can be compensated for the vertical ramal growth. Also, relative intrusion of incisors is easily achieved, holding them in place while the other teeth and the face are developing.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
1. Helped with the Power Ridge feature, the anterior teeth roots were transferred to the alveolar bone to prepare for upper incisors intrusion and restore the torque of the anterior teeth. 2. The occlusion of anterior teeth were opened by posterior teeth extrusion and anterior teeth intrusion and finally balanced occlusion. 3. Because the patient has a lot of growth potential, the eruption of the premolar and molar plays an important role in the correction of the severe closed overbite. 4. The function of MA may also have a positive contribution in correcting the deep overbite problem.
