Summary

She achieved ideal overjet and overbite, and improvements in facial aesthetics were observed due to the resolution of lip protrusion. Both the deep bite and large overjet were successfully corrected. The treatment of Class II cases with a large overjet requires precise control of anchorage. Invisalign offers a significant advantage over braces for this type of treatment. This patient also achieved an excellent treatment result without the use of TADs. In this case, we treated a large overjet. Due to the presence of 1.2 and 2.2, elastics were not used initially to determine the mandibular position. A single AA (additional aligner) was performed, during which Class II elastics were used.
