The aligner is a highly effective tool for arch expansion and arch form alignment. IPR can help with tooth rotation.

What contributed most to this treatment being successful?
Aligning the arch form by enlarging the inter-molar arch width and correcting rotations (especially the anterior teeth were significantly rotated) were the key factor. The buccal movement of the maxillary first molars, which had deviated from the arch, was achieved by enlarging the inter-molar arch width. Minimum IPR on both the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth helped with tooth rotation.
